Candidacy lists, for this election, must be presented by November 6th, 2023, to the diplomatic or consular representative of Portugal in the respective electoral constituency, or whoever replaces him. It should be noted that candidates who are part of the candidacy lists must be registered in the electoral register in the constituency for which they are running.
