On 13 September 2026, the by-election for the Belinho Parish Assembly will take place.

If you are registered with the Belinho electoral registration commission, you may support or submit a candidacy for a citizens' group to the Parish Assembly after validating your identity using the Digital Mobile Key or your Citizen Card and PIN at ttps://www.portaldacandidatura.mai.gov.pt.

If you are a voter registered in Belinho, you may:
a) Support a candidacy proposal that has been registered at
https://www.portaldacandidatura.mai.gov.pt.

b) The Citizen Voter Group may submit a candidacy proposal to the bodies of Local Government bodies at https://www.portaldacandidatura.mai.gov.pt, providing the following:

i. The body for which the candidacy is being submitted;

ii. A complete and ordered list containing the names, identification document type and number of the effective and substitute candidates;

iii. The name, identification document type and number, and address of the candidacy list representative;

iv. The name, acronym, and symbol of the citizens' group candidacy.
