Voter Registration – 2024. How many are we and where are we?

On December 31th 2024, 10.967.369 voters were registered in the Portuguese electoral register.
​​Of these:
  • 9.254.826 were national voters residing in national territory.
  • 1.678.378 were national voters residing abroad.
  • 15.613 were voters from European Community countries residing in Portugal.
  • 18.552 were voters from other foreign countries residing in Portugal.
